Terms

These terms govern planning work ordered from Tres Rangit, str. Mitropolit Varlaam 17, Chișinău, MD-2012, Republica Moldova, telephone +373 22 54 18 73, mail [email protected]. They sit with the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova, Legea nr. 284/2004 privind comerțul electronic where a booking is made by mail, and Legea nr. 105/2003 privind protecția consumatorilor where the client is a consumer. A signed offer or a mail that accepts a dated quote forms the contract; this page fills the gaps.

Who we are, what we are not

Tres Rangit is a studio of process organisation and planning. We recce a floor, run a wall session, and hand over a dated sheet. We are not a software vendor, not a project-management platform, not an employment agency, and not a general contractor. Nothing on digitaltresrangit.cc is an offer to the public at a fixed price; prices follow a recce.

The studio works in Romanian, Russian, and English. The language of a session is the language named in the brief. The language of the contract is the language of the quote we send. If that quote is in Romanian, Romanian prevails in a dispute before a court in Chișinău.

The work

Unless a quote says otherwise, a booking is one or more of the following:

• Recce — a morning on the client’s floor, with notes. A recce does not include a wall or a sheet.
• Planning session — cards, a sequence, a wall on Varlaam or on the client’s site as agreed, and a dated sheet sent the same afternoon (or the next working morning if the session runs past 16:00).
• Scheduling — hours, rooms, and named handoffs on an already agreed sequence.
• Review — a standing walk of a live board after a week on the floor, and a rewritten stretch.
• Use of sala lungă — an afternoon in the room with a named host, without a planning deliverable, on the dates we confirm.

The shortest sequence we will pin is three working days. We may decline a brief that asks for a wall covering a single morning. We may decline a job that requires us to install or licence software, to supervise construction, or to stand in for a manager who will not attend the session.

Material from the client (current sheets, photographs, lists of people) is due by the hour named in the quote. If that material is late, the session still runs on the cards that exist in the room; we are not obliged to reopen the wall without a further booking.

Booking, quotes, money

A brief sent by mail is an invitation for us to look. It is not a booking. We answer from Chișinău on a working day. A quote is in MDL, valid for 14 days unless the mail says a shorter term (for example when a recce date is already held). Acceptance is a mail that names the quote date and the session date.

A recce morning is billed even if you stop after it. Cancellation of a booked recce or wall session with less than two working days’ notice in Chișinău (working days being Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays of the Republic of Moldova) leaves the morning payable. If we cancel because of illness or a blocked street, we offer a new morning; we do not charge for the cancelled slot.

Invoices follow Moldovan rules. Payment is to the account named on the invoice, in MDL, within the term on that invoice. Late payment may pause a review date. We do not take cash for a session on Varlaam without a receipt.

The room on Varlaam

str. Mitropolit Varlaam 17 is a workshop. Sala lungă holds eighteen people who own a card. We do not set a gallery of observers along the back wall. Food stays off the cork and off the tape. The courtyard door is open Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, unless a recce takes us to your floor first.

You are responsible for the people you bring: that they may be photographed for the wall record, that they can stand for the length of the session, that they leave the room as they found it. We may stop a session if a slot on the table has no owner and no one in the room will take it.

Sheets, photographs, marks

The dated sheet we send you is yours to use on the floor. You may copy it for the crew. You may not present it as a product of another studio, and you may not resell it as a template. Photographs of the wall are part of the project file; we keep a copy in the drawer on Varlaam. We do not publish your board, your street, or your people’s faces on digitaltresrangit.cc without a separate written yes.

The Tres Rangit lettermark, the stroke T on the cut square, and the layout of this site remain ours. Cards, tape, clips, and the method of pinning a handover first are how we work in the room; they are not a licence of a branded framework.

If a sheet contains a factual error we introduced (a wrong hour we wrote down, a name we misspelled), we correct it at no charge if you write within 10 working days of the mail that carried the sheet. If the floor changes after the session, that is a review booking, not an error.

Care, limits

We plan with the people in the room and the facts they bring. We cannot promise that a week on the floor will match the wall if the crew ignores the sheet, if a municipal window moves, if a press breaks, or if a named owner does not come. The sheet is a dated sequence, not an insurance policy and not a guarantee of output, profit, or a permit.

Our liability for a booking is limited to the fee paid for that booking, except where Moldovan law forbids a cap (death, bodily harm, or intent). We are not liable for indirect loss, lost production, or a missed municipal appointment unless a separate writing says we are. Time on a recce is recorded in our notes; those notes are the record of what we saw.

Legea nr. 105/2003 remains available to a consumer client in the terms that statute sets. Nothing here is meant to take away a mandatory consumer right. For a business client, the Civil Code and the accepted quote govern.

Electronic mail as the channel

Under Legea nr. 284/2004, information about the service provider must be easy to reach. That information is on this site: name of the studio, address in Chișinău, telephone, mail, and these terms. Bookings are concluded by mail, not by a web form. A mail from [email protected] that confirms a date is our acceptance. Keep a copy. We keep one in the project file.

We do not use an advanced electronic signature as a default. A plain mail that names the quote is enough unless a later writing asks for a signed paper at Varlaam.

Law and courts

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes that cannot be settled by mail are submitted to the competent courts in Chișinău, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to sue in the court that Legea nr. 105/2003 or the Civil Procedure Code assigns.

If a clause is held invalid, the rest of the booking stays. The privacy notice and the cookies notice are part of how we handle data; they are not a substitute for these terms on fees, cancellation, and the sheet.
