A room that dates the week
Tres Rangit is a planning studio in Chișinău. We organise the sequence of work — who holds which slot, when material is due, when the handover actually happens — and we do it on paper you can stand in front of.
The studio sits on str. Mitropolit Varlaam, a short walk from the Boulevard. We work in Romanian, Russian, and English. If the floor speaks only one of those, we keep the session in that language and write the sheet in the language the crew will read at 6 a.m.
We do not sell software, and we do not leave you with a framework named after us. You get a recce, a wall, a dated sheet, and a review date. Projects 47 have left this room that way.
What arrives in a brief
Write where the work happens, the week that already fails, the date you cannot miss, and the person who owns the floor. A photo of the current board — even a messy one — is more use than a vision note.
We answer the same working day from Chișinău. If the job is a recce, we propose a morning. If it is an audit of a plan you already run, we ask for the sheet and the last week that slipped.

Sets the wall, runs the plotter, keeps the drawers. Hosts sala lungă when a crew books the room without a full planning job.
On the floor
Your people. We do not plan a week they are not in the room to argue. If a translator is needed, we say so before the recce, not after.
Ask us to read the plan you already have
Send the sheet, the last slipped week, and the handover you cannot move. We will say whether a wall session is worth it.
