Privacy
Tres Rangit processes personal data in Chișinău under Legea nr. 133 din 08.07.2011 privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal, as amended, and the related acts of the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (CNPDCP). This notice is for people who write to us, book a recce, stand in a session, or visit digitaltresrangit.cc.
Operator
The operator of the data described here is Tres Rangit, studio of process organisation and planning, acting from Chișinău, Republica Moldova, on the website digitaltresrangit.cc.
Tres Rangitstr. Mitropolit Varlaam 17
Chișinău, MD-2012
Republica Moldova
Telephone: +373 22 54 18 73
Mail: [email protected]
Requests about personal data go to the same address and mail. We do not maintain a separate public DPO desk; the planner who answers [email protected] is responsible for handling access, rectification, and erasure requests under Legea nr. 133/2011.
What we collect
We do not run an account system, a newsletter, or a chat widget. Data reach us because you send them.
- Identity and contact: name, role, organisation, telephone, mail address, the language you ask us to use (Romanian, Russian, or English).
- Brief contents: streets and buildings where work happens, dates, handover hours, names of people who own the floor, photographs of boards or sheets, files you attach.
- Session records: attendance on a recce or in sala lungă, notes we take on paper, photographs of the wall we pin, the dated sheet we send back.
- Billing: the details needed to quote and invoice in MDL, including an organisation’s fiscal data when you supply them.
- Site use: this site is static HTML. We do not set analytics cookies and we do not run a tracker. Server logs on the host, if any, are described in the cookies notice.
We do not seek special categories of data (health, biometric, political, religious). If a board photograph happens to show a face in the room, we treat that image as session material and keep it with the project file, not for marketing. We do not publish client faces or client marks on this site.
Why we process, and on what basis
Under Legea nr. 133/2011, processing must be for a specified purpose and rest on a legal ground. Ours are these:
- Answering a brief and preparing a recce or a wall session — steps prior to a contract, or performance of a contract, when you have asked us to plan.
- Writing and storing the dated sheet, and keeping a paper copy in the drawer on Varlaam — performance of the service you booked.
- Invoicing, accounting, and tax retention in Moldova — legal obligation of the operator.
- Defending a claim about dates, attendance, or the content of a sheet — legitimate interest in establishing the facts of a session, limited to the project file.
- Responding to a mail that is not yet a contract — our legitimate interest in answering people who write to the studio, which you can stop by asking us not to reply further.
We do not sell lists. We do not profile you for advertising. We do not take automated decisions that produce legal effects. A week on the wall is argued in the room; it is not scored by a system.
Where the files sit
Paper copies of sheets live in the flat files at str. Mitropolit Varlaam 17, Chișinău. Mail and digital attachments sit in the studio mailbox and on a local working disk in the same building. We do not put client boards on a public drive.
If we use an accountant in Chișinău, they receive only what is needed to issue and archive invoices under Moldovan accounting rules. Hosting for digitaltresrangit.cc stores the public pages of this site, not your brief. Should a processor be added, we will bind them by a written act consistent with Legea nr. 133/2011 before they see personal data.
How long we keep it
Briefs that do not become a booking are deleted or shredded 12 months after the last mail, unless you ask us to keep a date open. Project files (notes, wall photographs, the dated sheet) stay for 5 years after the handover of the sheet, which covers the period in which a sequence is still referred to on the floor and in which a civil claim could still be discussed. Invoices and the fiscal extract of a client relationship are kept for the term required by Moldovan accounting and tax law, which is longer than the project file. You can ask for erasure sooner where the law allows; we will say if a legal hold prevents it.
Transfers outside Moldova
We work in Chișinău. We do not send briefs to a foreign “head office”. Mail may transit infrastructure outside the Republic of Moldova because that is how internet mail moves. If a client asks us to join a call hosted abroad, only the people named for that session join, and we do not upload the wall photograph to that host unless you ask in writing.
Moldova is not an EU member state. Legea nr. 133/2011, not the GDPR as a directly applicable act, is the statute we follow in Chișinău. If you write from the European Union, we still handle your mail as an operator in Moldova under that law. We will not pretend a Brussels adequacy decision applies to this studio unless the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the relevant foreign authority have said so in force.
Your rights
Subject to the limits in Legea nr. 133/2011, you may:
- Obtain confirmation whether we process data about you, and access those data.
- Ask for rectification of what is inaccurate — a wrong spelling of a name on a sheet, a wrong telephone, a wrong street.
- Object to processing that rests only on legitimate interest, including further replies to a mail you no longer want answered.
- Ask for erasure where the data are no longer needed for the purpose, where you withdraw a consent we actually relied on, or where processing is unlawful.
- Ask for restriction while a challenge is being looked at.
- Receive a copy of the data you supplied, in a form we already hold (mail, PDF sheet), unless it would disclose another person’s data from the same session without a basis.
Write to [email protected] or to the Varlaam address. Say which right you mean and how we can know we are answering the right person. We will answer in Romanian, Russian, or English, matching the language of your request, within the time Legea nr. 133/2011 allows. If we refuse, we will say why.
The supervisory authority in Chișinău
You may lodge a complaint with the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (CNPDCP), the national authority for personal data protection in the Republic of Moldova. The Centre receives petitions concerning operators on the territory of Moldova.
Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personalstr. Serghei Lazo 48
Chișinău, Republica Moldova
Website of the Centre: cnpdcp.md
We ask that you write to us first at [email protected] so we can correct a file without a petition. That is a courtesy, not a condition of going to the CNPDCP.
Children
The studio does not plan work with children as clients. A brief should be sent by an adult who owns the floor. If we receive data relating to a minor by accident (a photograph of a family business, a name on a school-adjacent project), we will limit the file to what the adult client needs and will not use the image on this site.
Changes
If the way we process data changes — a new processor, a new purpose, a change of address on Varlaam — we will update this page and put the date below. Continued mail to the studio after that date is handled under the updated notice. The paper copies already in the drawer stay under the rules that applied when they were filed, unless a later law requires otherwise.
Version in force: 30 October 2026. Operator seat: Chișinău.
