Write from the floor
+373 22 54 18 73 [email protected]str. Mitropolit Varlaam 17, Chișinău, MD-2012. Tuesday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.
What to put in the brief
One mail is enough. We do not run a form, a newsletter, or a chat widget.
- Street and building where the work happens
- The week that already fails, in dates
- The handover you cannot miss, with a clock time if you have one
- Who owns the floor, with a phone
- Romanian, Russian, or English for the session
- A photo of the current board or sheet, even if it is a mess
Before you mail
How long is a recce?
A morning on your floor, usually 9:00 to 12:30. We do not recce from a meeting room if the work happens in a shop, a dock, or a rehearsal hall. If the site is outside Chișinău, say so in the first mail — we still start from Varlaam and need the travel in the day.
Do you work in Romanian, Russian, and English?
Yes. The session runs in the language the crew will read at 6 a.m. The sheet is written in that language. If the room is mixed, we pick one and put names on cards in the form people already use.
Do you install software?
No. If a tool already exists, we may print from it. We do not migrate you, license you, or leave a login. The deliverable is a dated wall and a sheet in the drawer.
Can we use sala lungă without a planning job?
Two afternoons a month, with a named host in the room. Mail us the date, the number of people (cap eighteen), and whether you need the cork or the tape wall. This is not a café and not a conference hire.
When do we get the sheet?
The same afternoon as the wall session, by mail, with a paper copy in our drawer on Varlaam. If the session runs past 16:00, the mail goes the next working morning.
How do you charge?
Quotes in MDL, sent after the recce — not before we have seen the floor. A recce morning is billed even if you stop there. Cancellation of a booked recce with less than two working days’ notice still holds the morning.
