Cookies
digitaltresrangit.cc is a static site served for Tres Rangit from work in Chișinău. This notice explains what the site does and does not store on your device, how that sits with Legea nr. 241/2007 privind comunicațiile electronice and Legea nr. 133/2011 privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal, and how to control a browser if a host log or a future cookie appears.

Questions about this notice go to that mail and that street. The privacy page describes briefs, sheets, and the CNPDCP. This page is only about the website and similar device storage.
What this site is
The pages are HTML, CSS, a short script.js, SVG, and photographs stored in /img. There is no account, no cart, no comment field, no newsletter, no embedded map, no social pixel, no tag manager, and no remote font service. Contact is mailto and tel. The script on each page opens the menu on a small screen, fades sections into view if you have not asked the system to reduce motion, and swaps the photograph in the pinned process on the home page. None of that writes a cookie.
Because the site does not set a cookie today, we do not show a consent banner. A banner that asks you to agree to nothing is noise. If we later set a non-essential cookie, this page will name it, and we will ask before it runs, in line with Legea nr. 241/2007 on storing information on a subscriber’s equipment and with CNPDCP guidance on consent that is specific and informed.
Cookies we set
None, as of 30 October 2026. The studio does not drop an identifier, a session token, a preference flag, or an advertising cookie on digitaltresrangit.cc. Local storage and session storage are not used by script.js. IndexedDB is not used. We do not fingerprint the canvas or the device.
If a page is opened from a forwarded link in mail, your mail software may still add its own parameters. That is outside this site. We do not read those parameters in script.js.
Server logs on the host
The machine that serves the files may keep an access log (time, requested path, technical address, browser string). That is ordinary hosting hygiene: to see whether a page failed, whether a photograph is missing, whether someone is scanning the server. It is not a marketing file. We do not build a profile from it, and we do not overlay it with a brief you later send by mail.
How long a host keeps logs is set by the hosting contract. We will not keep a marketing extract of them. If a log is personal data under Legea nr. 133/2011, the operator remains Tres Rangit in Chișinău, and the rights on the privacy page apply. A request to erase a log entry may be limited by the host’s security duty; we will say so if that is the case.
Third parties this site does not call
We do not load Google Fonts, analytics, heatmaps, chat widgets, or social embeds. Photographs are local files, not Unsplash or a CDN of stock. A click on “Send a brief” opens your own mail program; a click on the telephone opens your own dialer. Those programs are yours. They may store drafts. We only receive what you actually send.
If you arrived here from a search engine or from a paid mention we did not place, that engine’s cookies are their responsibility. We do not run ads on this domain.
Legea nr. 241/2007 and consent
Electronic communications law in Moldova requires that storing or accessing information on a user’s equipment rest on clear information and, for non-essential storage, on consent — with the usual exception for storage that is strictly necessary to carry out a service the user asked for. A static page that sets no cookie does not need that consent. A future cookie that remembers a menu state might be strictly necessary; a future cookie that measures campaigns would not be, and would wait for a yes.
Consent, if we ever ask for it, will not be buried in these terms. It will name the cookie, the purpose, the life, and who reads it. Silence or a scrolled page is not consent. You will be able to refuse and still read the studio pages, the journal, and the policies.
How to control a browser from Chișinău or elsewhere
Even though we set nothing, your browser may still hold cookies from other sites. You can:
- Block third-party cookies in the browser settings.
- Delete existing cookies for other domains; that will not break this site.
- Use a private window if you share a machine in an office on Ștefan cel Mare or elsewhere.
- Turn on “reduce motion” in the operating system if the section fade is unwelcome; script.js already respects that flag and will not animate.
Exact clicks differ by browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari). We do not publish step-by-step screenshots that go stale; the browser’s own help for “cookies” or “site data” is the current method. Do not send us a screenshot of your cookie jar unless a complaint requires it.
Children
The site is written for people who book planning work. It is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly store a child’s device identifier — and, as of this version, we store none.
Complaints
Write first to [email protected] or to str. Mitropolit Varlaam 17, Chișinău, MD-2012. If you believe the site stores more than this notice says, say which file or which cookie name you saw. You may also petition the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal, str. Serghei Lazo 48, Chișinău, and, for electronic communications duties, the authority competent under Legea nr. 241/2007.

If we add a cookie, a script from another host, or a font service, this page will change before that code goes live, and the date below will move. The version in force is the one published at https://digitaltresrangit.cc/cookies.html.
Version in force: 30 October 2026. Studio seat: Chișinău, str. Mitropolit Varlaam 17.
