Tres Rangit

The week stays on the wall.

Tres Rangit runs planning rooms on Mitropolit Varlaam in Chișinău — recce, cards, a dated board, a handover slot.

Work pinned on Varlaam

Chișinău does not wait for a slide. The sequence has to survive Monday on the floor.

From the floor to the board

Morning window on Mitropolit Varlaam
  1. Recce on the floor

We spend a morning where the work actually happens — a shop, a dock, a rehearsal room — and write what the week already does, not what a chart promised.

  2. Cards on the table

Each move gets a card. We throw out anything that has no owner or no date. The pile that remains is the only plan we will pin.

  3. Sequence in the room

The crew stands at the table and argues the order. Handoffs get a named person and a clock time, not a vague “next week”.

  4. The wall, then the sheet

We pin the week on Varlaam, photograph it, and send a dated sheet the same afternoon. Software comes later, if the paper still holds.

Planning, scheduling, review

Planning

A half-day on the floor, then cards until the work has a first date and a last date. We leave you a board you can stand in front of with the people who do the job.

Use this when the week exists only in chat threads and a shared file nobody opens on Monday.

Scheduling

We take an agreed sequence and put hours, rooms, and handoffs on it. Shifts, load-ins, oven times, press slots — whatever the building actually runs.

The sheet names who holds each slot. If a slot has no name, it does not go on the wall.

Review

After a live week we walk the board with the crew, pull the cards that slipped, and rewrite the next stretch before it starts.

Bring the marked-up sheet from the floor. We do not review a deck that was never used.

Săli on Varlaam, and the plotter bay

Sala lungă with wooden chairs and a long cork wall

Sala lungă

Eighteen chairs, a six-metre cork wall, morning sun from the courtyard. Booked for wall sessions, not for talks.

Large-format plotter with cream paper rolls
Marker ledge and colour stickers on plaster
Paper drawers and clipboards in the studio corner

Plotter bay

Thirty-six-inch rolls, kraft and grey, boards, clips, a tape wall. We print the week at reading distance, not as a thumbnail.

Send the brief to Varlaam

Write the week that hurts, the handover date you cannot miss, and who owns the floor. We answer from Chișinău the same working day.
